不可否定农业的家庭经营

摘　　要：以家庭承包经营为主、统分结合的双层经营 ,是我国必须长期坚持的农业基本经营制度 ,但近年来出现了一些否定农业家庭经营的观点。这些否定农业家庭经营的观点及其依据 ,无论在理论上还是在实践上 ,都是不正确的。中国农业的家庭经营 ,不会妨碍农业的现代化。农业的家庭经营形式之所以在不同类型的世界各国都普遍存在 ,而且长盛不衰 ,最根本的原因 ,在于家庭经营与农业的产业特点是相适应的。The rural double-level operation system,which is characterized by mainly basing on family contracted responsibility and by combination of uniform and individual operation,is China's long-term must insisted basic rural operation system.However,there are some viewpoints of negation against family operation appearing in recent years.Those viewpoints of negation against family operation system and their foundations both are incorrect no matter from theoretic or from practical point of view.China's rural family operaton system will not handicap its agreicultural modernization.The most important reason why rural family operation commonly exists in different countries over the world and becomes long-term and more prosperous in that family operation system is suitable to agricultural characteristics.
