摘　　要：目的探讨妇科腹腔镜术后早拔导尿管对胃肠蠕动功能恢复的影响。方法将60例妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分为两组,观察组30例,术后12h拔除导尿管,早期活动;对照组30例,术后24h拔除导尿管,随意活动。观察两组病人肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便、首次自行排尿时间,以及腹胀、尿潴留、尿路刺激征的发生。结果观察组在肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便、拔除尿管后首次自行排尿时间与对照组相比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),腹胀、尿路刺激征发生率较对照组低,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜术后病人,早拔导尿管,可以使病人肠蠕动恢复更快,减少肛门排气时间,降低腹胀、尿路刺激征的发生。Objective To study the effects of the stomach functional recovery on early removal of catheter after gynecological laparoscopy ,reference for providing better time for postoperative removal of catheter .Method 60 pa-tients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected and randomly divided into experimental and control groups ,30 cases in each group .The catheter for patients in experimental group was removed 12 h after surgery , and had early activity .The catheter for patients in control group was removed 24h after surgery ,and had random activity .Observation indicators including the time of bowel sounds recovery ,the first time of anal exhaust ,defeca-tion and first time of automatic urination as well as the occurring of abdominal distension ,urinary retention ,urinary tract irritation .Result Compared with control group ,the first time of bowel sound recovery ,anus exhaust ,defeca-tion and first time of automatic urination in experimental was significant difference （P〈0 .05） .The incidence of ab-dominal distension and urinary tract irritation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the con-trol group（P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Early removal of catheter and early activity was enables faster recovery of bowel movement ,reduce of anal exhaust time ,abdominal distension and urinary tract irritation for patients with gyneco-logical laparoscopic surgery .
