摘 要:河南某萤石矿有用矿物嵌布粒度粗细不均匀。在保证一定品位的前提下,采用常规浮选药剂进行了浮选试验,着重探讨了中矿处理方式对品位和回收率的影响。研究表明,中矿集中返回,含泥质较多的粗精矿经过4次精选,可获得理想精矿,提高回收率;中矿循序返回,舍去部分泥质中矿,有利于净化浮选环境,获得较高品位精矿,但回收率受到一定影响。两次闭路试验为中矿处理提供了技术依据。The useful minerals dissemination size of Henan fluorite ore is uneven thickness. In the premise of guaranteeing the grade, flotation tests were carried out by using conventional reagents and the impact of approaches to processing middles for grade and recovery was investigated emphatically. Studies have shown that middles returned into the flow process together, clay cotent crude concentrate could get the ideal concentrate by the process of for--cleaning for 4 times, increase the recovery rate; middles returned into the flow process orderly and lay down some middles included mud, is conducive to purify the flotation environment and get higher grade concentrate. However, the recovery rate is affected to some extent. The two closed circuit tests provide the technical basis for middles processing.
