摘　　要：近年来,国际投资规则正处于激烈变革期,国际投资协定的内容和方式正发生深刻的变化。文章通过梳理国际投资规则的演变过程,比较分析双边、区域和多边投资协定的差异,针对当前国际投资规则新的发展趋势,中国国际投资规则谈判中面临的困难与分歧,提出了相应对策。In recent years, international investment rules have changed greatly, and the content and style of in- ternational investment agreements have undergoing profound changes. This paper surveys the evolution of inter- national investment ntles, and makes a comparative analysis of bilateral, regional and multilateral investment a- greements in terms of characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of development trends of in- ternational investment rules, this paper analyzes difficuhies and differences in international investment rnles ne- gotiations between China and other countries and puts forward some steps China should take.
