摘　　要：自巴罗的开创性论文发表以来,关于最优公共支出与经济增长的理论研究取得了长足发展。文章对这一领域所取得的研究成果进行了系统梳理和评述,试图勾勒出理论研究的发展脉络。以巴罗模型为核心,文章重点考察了后续文献从公共支出结构、公共资本、弹性劳动供给、拥挤性、排他性、非规模增长效应等方面对巴罗模型进行修正和扩展,并进一步概括评述了关于多级政府支出与经济增长的研究成果。最后,文章对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望。A substantial theoretical literature focuses on optimal public expenditure in growth models since Barro＇s seminal paper published in 1990. Starting with Barro （1990）, we provide a comprehensive survey on the existing literature and make clear the development of the theory. We show that the literature extends and de- velops the Barro model by incorporating relevant aspects such as consumptive public expenditure, public cap- ital, elastic labor supply, congestion of public services and excludable public inputs. We also discuss the liter- ature on optimal public spending and intergovernmental transfer in dynamical models with multiple levels of gov- ernment. Finally, we present possible paths for future research.
