摘  要:为研究日粮类型对奶牛产污的影响,本试验以12头体重、年龄相近的中国荷斯坦奶牛为试验动物,分为3组,分别饲喂粗料为干玉米秸秆,精粗比为40∶60的A日粮;粗料为玉米青贮,精粗比分别为40∶60和60∶40的B日粮和C日粮。结果表明,日粮类型对奶牛粪便及尿液产生量均有一定的影响,A日粮产粪量最多,产尿量最少,C日粮产粪量最少,而产尿量最多。3个日粮组间粪氮的产生量差异不显著(P>0.05),但随着日粮精料比例的增加,粪氮有增加的趋势,而尿氮产生量显著提高。P、Cu、Zn主要从粪便排出,C日粮组的粪磷和粪锌显著高于其他两组,粪铜量表现为B组﹥C组﹥A组。A total of 12 heads of Chinese Holstein milk cows with similar weight and age were selected and divided into three groups which were fed with daily ration A with the coarse food being dry corn straw and concentrated and coarse food ratio of 40:60,and daily ration B and C with the coarse food being corn silage and concentrated and coarse food ration of 40:60 and 60:40, respectively, to research the influence of the type of daily ration on contamination of milk cows. The results showed that:the type of daily ration had certain influence on defecation and urination amount of milk cows. Taking daily ration A the defecation amount was the most and the urination amount was the least,while taking daily ration C,the defecation amount was the least and the urination amount was the most.There was no significant difference on fecal nitrogen amount among three kinds of daily ration groups (P 〉 0.05).While with concentrated food proportion in the daily ration increasing,the fecal nitrogen tended to increase, the amount of urinary nitrogen increaseed significantly.P, Cu and Zn were mainly excreted with the feces.The fecal phosphorous and fecal zinc of daily ration C group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups.The amount of fecal copper appeared to be group B 〉 group C 〉 group A.
