摘　　要：邓小平揭示了有中国特色社会主义文化观的涵义与特点、地位与作用等。他创造性地提出了"建设高度的社会主义精神文明"的概念,并始终以"两分法"为思想武器,提出"两个文明"建设一起抓,认为这是一个事关我们事业成败的全局性问题。然而,"三分法"是客观存在的,不管你愿意不愿意、自觉不自觉,都与你须臾不可分离。邓小平的精神文明观就呈现出这样的情况,一方面,他讲"两手抓,两手都要硬",另一方面,他又讲"教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来",讲社会主义是人类历史上高度的物质文明、高度的社会主义民主和高度的社会主义精神文明"三位一体"的崭新社会,也是物质文明建设、民主政治建设和精神文明建设三者协调发展的社会,社会主义现代化国家以"富强民主文明"等三个方面为其奋斗目标。Deng Xiaoping revealed the connotation and features of socialism with Chinese characteristics cultural viewpoint, status and role, etc. He creatively puts forward the concept of ＂constructing a high degree of socialist spiritual civilization＂, and by taking the ＂dichotomy＂ as the ideological weapon, he puts forward the simultaneous practice of the construction of ＂two civiliza- tions＂. He thinks this is a matter of success or failure of our cause global problems. However, ＂the rule of thirds＂ is objective existence, no matter you are willing to or not, consciously and unconsciously, loneliness is inseparable with you. Deng Xiaoping＇ s view of spiritual civilization reflects present situation. On the one hand, he claims ＂to combine with both hard hands＂, on the other hand, he states ＂education must face the modernization, the world, and the future＂, the socialism is a high degree of mate- rial civilization in human history, the height of the socialist democracy and socialist spiritual civilization ＂trinity＂ of a new socie-ty. It is also the construction of material civilization and democratic political construction, and the construction of spiritual civili- zation, the coordinated development of society, so a modern socialist country takes such three aspects as ＂prosperity, democracy, and civilization＂ as its goals.
