摘　　要：普什图尼斯坦问题是一个跨境民族问题,也是一个领土争端问题。该问题的产生和发展有各方面的复杂原因。杜兰线的划分是普什图尼斯坦问题产生的历史根源,巴基斯坦和阿富汗国内的政治、经济因素,普什图地区重要的战略地位及外部势力的干预是影响该问题不断发展的重要原因。Pushtunistan issue was a cross -border issue and territorial dispute. The emergence and development of this issue con-tained many complex reasons. The division of Durand Line was the historical roots of the Pushtunistan issue. Pakistan＇ s and Af- ghanistan＇ s political, economic factors, the important strategic position in the Pashtun areas and external forces intervention were the important reasons for the development of the issue.
