摘  要:研究生创新能力是指研究生这一创新主体将创新思维作用于科学研究和社会实践的综合素质和能力,是其创新个性、创新意识和以往经验积累的综合体现。要有效提升研究生的创新能力,可从以下四个维度着手:一是营造开放式学术氛围,激发研究生创新意识;二是形成多维式课程教学体系,优化研究生的知识结构;三是着力强化导师责任,加强研究生的学术创新;四是构筑创新基地与平台,培养研究生创新实践能力。The postgraduates' creative ability is the comprehensive quality and ability of what they put their innovative thinking into the social practice. And it is also a comprehensive reflection of their innovative personality, innovative consciousness and ex- perience they accumulated before. In order to improve the creative ability of postgraduates effectively, we can do this from the fol- lowing four dimensions: Firstly, we should create an open academic atmosphere, so as to stimulate the innovation consciousness of graduates. Secondly, we should form a multi - dimensional course teaching system, to optimize knowledge structure of gradu- ates. Thirdly, efforts should be made to strengthen the tutor's responsibilities, in order to strengthen the academic innovation of postgraduates. The last but not least, the innovation base and platform should be built for training the innovative ability of post- graduates.
