摘  要:针对随机值脉冲噪声,提出了噪声边界检测的规则函数滤波方法。该方法由噪声检测器与图像滤波器两部分构成。在噪声检测部分,由像素二阶差对各个子窗口像素进行像素边界值检测,进而对所有子窗口边界值进行全局统计确定图像噪声像素边界,并利用同类像素个数对噪声边界内的像素进行纠正以降低错检率。针对噪声像素,利用图像规则函数和噪声像素限制条件来构造规则函数滤波器。将所提出的方法应用于噪声像素检测与滤波,并与其他算法对比,实验结果表明,该方法能够同时保证低漏检率和错检率;在滤波方面,该方法所得到的修复图像具有更高的峰值信噪比和视觉效果。A filtering method was proposed to restore image corrupted by random impulse noise, including a noise detector and an image filter. During the process of noise detection, a noise pixel boundary of each sub win dow is detected by two order difference of pixels, and the noise boundary of the whole image is obtained by sta- tistics for all sub window noise boundaries. Moreover, the pixels in the noise boundary are rectified by the num- ber of congeneric pixels in sub window to reduce the fault detection. The functional filter is constructed by the regular function of the image and the constraints of noise pixels to restore noise pixels. This method is evaluated with four noise models and the simulation results show that this method can obtain the lowest ratio of miss de tection and fault detection in the noise detection with comparisons of other methods, and can obtain the highest peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) and performance of the restoration image for subjective vision.
