舒适护理干预对胃肠道手术患者胃肠蠕动功能恢复和护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理干预对胃肠道手术患者胃肠蠕动功能恢复和护理满意度的影响。方法选择胃肠道手术患者72例,采用随机数字表分为舒适护理组和常规护理组。两组患者围手术期均予以传统的围手术期护理干预,舒适护理组在此基础上加用舒适护理干预。结果舒适护理组患者的肛门排气时间、胃管拔除时间、排便时间及术后腹胀发生率均明显少于常规护理组(t=2.22、2.27、2.21,χ2=4.60,P<0.05),且舒适护理组患者的服务态度、技术水平、健康宣教、关爱患者和心理支持等五个方面护理满意度均明显优于常规护理组(χ2=6.89、8.69、5.26、4.57、8.69,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论舒适护理可促进胃肠道手术患者术后胃肠蠕动功能的恢复,增加胃肠道的运动,缩短患者肛门排气时间、胃管拔除时间和排便时间,减少患者术后腹胀发生率,提高患者治疗与护理的满意度。Objective To discuss influence of comfortable nursing on functional recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis and nursing satisfaction of patients treated with gastrointestinal operation. Methods Seventy-two cases of patients treated with gastrointestinal tract operation were divided into comfortable nursing group and routine nursing group by table of random number. The patients in two groups were given traditional nursing in perioperative period, while the patients in comfortable group were additionally given comfortable nursing intervention. Results The anal exhaust time, extubation time, defecation time and postoperative incidence rate of abdominal distention of patients in comfortable group were much shorter or better than those in routine nursing group （t=2.22,2.27,2.21,χ2=4.60,P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction of service attitude, technical skills, health education, caring for patients and mental support in comfortable nursing group was much better than that in routine nursing group （χ2 =6.89,8.69,5.26,4.57,8.69,P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the functional recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal peristalsis of patients treated with gastrointestinal tract operation, shorten the anal exhaust time, defecation time and defecation time, reduce the incidence rate of abdominal distention, and enhance the treatment and nursing satisfaction of patients.
