内固定治疗多根多处肋骨骨折的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨内固定治疗多根多处肋骨骨折的价值进行。方法选取我院接治的多根多处肋骨骨折患者56例,随机分成对照组与实验组两组。对照组进行普通骨折复位手术,而实验组使用内固定疗法。观察对比两组患者的治疗疗效。结果两组患者经不同的手术疗法后,实验组总有效率(85.71%)明显高于对照组(60.71%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组胸引流量、住院时间、胸管留置时间均明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于多处多根肋骨骨折患者,内固定治疗显效高且并发症少,对患者本身并无太大的影响,而手术也相对简单易操作。Objective To discuss internal fixation＇s value on the treatment of multiple rib fracture. Methods Choose 56 cases of these multiple rib fracture patients who have been treated in our hospital, divide them into control group and experimental group randomly. Proceed ordinary fracture reset surgery to control group＇s patients lwhile proceed internal fixation method to experimental group＇s patients. Observe curative effects of two groups. Results After different treatments ,experimental group＇s overall effective rate was 85.71% ,it was obviously higher than control 60.71% ,with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Experimental group＇s chest flow amount,hospital stays and thoracic duct stays time were evidently better than control group,with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For these multiple rib fracture patients,internal fixation ;s treatment effect is far better than other methods,and its complication is fewer,it has not too big influence on patients, what＇s more, the operation is simple and easy to handle.
