妊娠高血压疾病患者治疗前后血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9及抑制物-1水平的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压疾病(HDCP)患者治疗前后血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及抑制物-1(TIMP-1)水平的变化。方法 40例HDCP患者作为病例组,予以解痉、镇静、降压和利尿等常规治疗1周。观察治疗前后血浆MMP-9、TIMP-1水平及MMP-9/TIMP-1比值的变化。另选择同期正常妊娠期孕妇30例作为对照组。结果病例组患者血浆MMP-9水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值明显低于对照组,血浆TIMP-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗1周后,病例组患者血浆MMP-9水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值均较前明显上升,血浆TIMP-1水平较前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 HDCP患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值表达异常。调节血浆血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值可作为HDCP患者治疗疗效随访和预后观察的指标。Objective To discuss changes of matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase- 1 （TIMP-1） levels in plasma of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP）. Methods The 40 cases of HDCP patients were selected as case group and given routine medical treatment such as spasmolysis, sedative, depressurization, diuresis and etc for 1 week. The changes of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio in plasma were observed before and after treatment. Additionally, 30 cases of pregnant women in healthy conditionat the same period were selected as control group. Results The MMP-9 level and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio in plasma of patients in case group were much lower than those in control group, while TIMP-1 level was much higher than that in control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. After 1 week＇s treatment, MMP-9 level and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio in plasma of patients in case group were rose obviously than before, while the TIMP-1 level in plasma were declined obviously than before （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio in plasma of HDCP patients was abnormal. The adjustment of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio in plasma, can be the indexes of curative effect following up and prognosis observation of HDCP patients.
