摘　　要：目的探讨噻托溴铵吸入对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)稳定期患者血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(TIMP-1)水平的影响。方法将68例COPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者予以口服茶碱缓释片,0.1g/次,2次/d。观察组予以吸入噻托溴铵,1粒/次,1次/d。结果治疗12周后,两组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值均明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),且观察组下降值明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵吸入治疗COPD稳定期的作用机制可能与其能调节血浆MMP-9和TIMP-1水平,纠正MMP-9/TIMP-1比值失衡相关。Objective To discuss the inhalation of Tiotropium Bromide＇ s influence on Matrix Metalloproteinase of Plasma-9 （MMP-9） and Matrix Metallo-Proteinase Inhibitor-I （TIMP-1） level of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary Disease （COPD）. Methods All 68 cases of COPD patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The patients in control group were given Theo-Dur orally, O.lg for each time, twice a day, for 12 weeks; while the patients in observation group were given Tiotropium Bromide by inhalation, 1 pill for each time, once a day, for 12 weeks. Results After 12 weeks＇ medical treatment, the MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in blood serum and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio of in two groups were declined sharply （P〈0.01or P〈0.05）, and compared with control group, the decrease value in observation group were obviously higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The mechanism of action of the inhalation of Tiotropium Bromide to stable COPD may be related to MMP-9 and TIMP-1 level adjustment in plasma, MMP-9/ TIMP-1 ratio imbalance.
