摘　　要：目的观察冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病（CHD）患者空腹外周血Obestatin水平的变化，并探讨其临床意义。方法选取92例行冠状动脉造影住院患者，根据造影结果分为对照组21例和冠状动脉粥样硬化组71例，计算冠状动脉粥样硬化组患者的Gensini积分，检测两组患者的血清Obestatin水平，并分析Obestatin水平与Gensini积分之间的相关性。结果冠状动脉粥样硬化组Obestatin水平较对照组显著升高（P〈0．01）。根据Gensini积分将冠状动脉粥样硬化组患者分为1～30分组、31～90分组及〉90分组，各组问血清0bestatin浓度差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论CHD患者的外周血Obestatin水平显著升高，推测Obestatin可能是CHD的一个危险因子，但Obestatin水平与CHD患者病变程度无显著性关系。Objective To observe level changes of fasting blood obestatin in the patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease （CHD）, and investigate its clinical significance. Methods Selected 92 patients who underwent coronary angiography hospitalized patients, according to the results of coronary angiography were divided into control group of 21 cases and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease group of 71 cases, calculated Gensini score of coronary atherosclerosis patients, detected two groups of patients with serum obestatin levels, and analyzed the correlation between obestatin levels and Gensini score. Results The level of obestatin in coronary atherosclerosis group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）. According to the Gensini score, coronary atherosclerosis group were divided into 1-30 group, 31-90 group and 〉90 group, there was no significant difference of serum obestatin concentrations among groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The level of obestatin in peripheral blood of patients with CHD significantly increased, suggesting that obestatin may be a risk factor for CHD, but obestatin level and severity of CHD patients has no significant relationship.
