加味承气汤配合穴位按摩对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味承气汤配合穴位按摩对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能的影响。方法将2012年6月～2013年8月在我院妇产科行腹腔镜手术患者128例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各64例。两组均给予术后常规护理，观察组在此基础上增加加味承气汤联合穴位按摩护理，观察两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间和临床疗效。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间较对照组显著缩短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论加味承气汤配合穴位按摩能使妇科腹腔镜术后肛门排气时间明显提前，有效促进术后胃肠道功能的恢复。值得肯定与推广。【Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified chengqi decoction and acupressure for the gastrointestinal function of the patients treated by gynecological laparoscopy. Methods A total of 128 patients were the objects for this study, which received a detection with gynecological laparoscopy during 2012.6-2013.8, and been divided into control group and study group. The control group was given a routine care, the study group were received treatment with modified chengqi decoction and aeupressure. After the treatment, evaluated the time of resume peristaltic sound, exhaust and defecation, and the clinical effect of study group and control group. Results The results showed that, the time of resume peristaltic sound, anal exhaust time and the clinical effect of the study group were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment with modified chengqi decoction and acupressure could short the anal exhaust time, and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecology laparoscopic, he worthy application in clinic widely.
