二孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术20例体会

摘　　要：目的分析二孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术的临床疗效。方法将我院20lO年1月～2013年1月20例二孔法腹腔镜胆囊、阑尾联合切除术患者作为观察组，同期行二孔法胆囊切除术的25例患者作为对照组，比较两组患者的术中、术后恢复及并发症情况。结果观察组的术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、抗生素使用时间、住院费用及术后并发症发生率和对照组比较，组问差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论二孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术是一种值得推广的安全可行的、社会经济效益明显的治疗方法。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of simultaneous two-trocar LC and LA. Methods The 20 cases who successfully underwent two-troear LC and LA were selected as the observation group and 25 cases who successfully underwent two-trocar LC were selected as control group. Results Two groups were compared, the blood loss, postoperative intestinal function recovery time, hospital stay, antibiotic use, hospital costs and incidence of complications was not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Simultaneous two-trocar LC and LA was a safe, effective and significant social and economic benefits.
