摘 要:目的 探讨地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗婴幼儿呼吸道感染继发腹泻的效果及安全性.方法 选择2013年1~9月浙江省临安市人民医院儿科的呼吸道感染继发腹泻婴幼儿90例,随机分为实验组与对照组.两组患儿均予以常规治疗,包括补液保持水电解质及酸碱平衡、蒙脱石散止泻、保护胃肠黏膜等.实验组患儿加用地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊,0.25 g/次,3次/d,疗程7d.观察两组患儿治疗后每日腹泻次数和腹泻持续时间,并比较其治疗效果及安全性.结果 治疗7d后,实验组患儿每日解大便次数及腹泻持续时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05).实验组患儿临床总有效率为95.6%,明显优于对照组的82.2%(x2=4.05,P<0.05).对照组和实验组患儿治疗期间出现不良反应3例和5例,症状不严重.两组比较差异无统计学意义(x2=0.14,P>0.05).结论 地衣芽孢杆菌治疗呼吸道感染继发腹泻的疗效确切,安全性较好,能有效调节患儿的肠道菌群紊乱,减少腹泻次数及腹泻持续时间.Objective To discuss curative effect and security analysis of Live Bacillus Licheniformis Granules on in fants' secondary diarrhea due to respiratory tract infection (RTI). Methods 90 cases of infants with secondary diarrhea due to RTI from January to September 2013 collected by Lin'an People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected and divided into experimental group and control group at random. The infants in two groups were both given routine medical treatment, including: maintaining water-electrolyte and acid-base balance, antidiarrheal by montmorillonite powder, protecting the gastrointestinal mueosa and etc. The infants in experimental group were additionally given the Live Bacillus Licheniformis Granules, 0.25 g per time, three times a day for 7 days' course of treatment. The daily diar rhea times and lasting time of infants in two groups after medical treatment were observed, and curative effect and se curity of infants in two groups were evaluated and compared as well. Results After 7 days' medical treatment, daily defecate times and diarrhea lasting time of infants in experimental group were much less and shorter than those in con- trol group (P 〈 0.05). The total clinical efficiency of infants in experimental group was 95.6%, which was much higher than that in control group (82.2%) (X 2=4-05, P 〈 0.05). 3 and 5 cases of drug adverse reaction appeared on infants in con trol group and observation group during the medical treatment, with not serious symptom. After comparing the untoward effect of infants in two groups, no obvious statistical difference appeared (X2=0.14, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Live Bacillus Licheniformis Granules has a reliable curative effect on infants' secondary diarrhea due to RTI with high security, which can effectively adjust the infants' intestinal flora disturbance and reduce the diarrhea times and lasting time.
