抢救特重型肺羊水栓塞并外源性急性呼吸窘迫综合征4例诊疗体会

摘　　要：羊水栓塞并非罕见病,但因其起病急骤、进展凶险经常会考验当班医师及其所在医疗机构的应急处理能力、决策水平(临床上常没有完善化验检查的机会)。羊水栓塞患者的死因除弥散性血管内凝血外超敏体质者妊娠过敏样综合征也可致命。基层单位医务人员对羊水栓塞的诱因、病理生理过程的认识,早诊早治的水平尚有待提高。本文通过对4例特重型羊水栓塞患者抢救的回顾分析,希望能引起医学人士及相关患者对该病的重视。Amniotie fluid embolism is a rare disease, but because of the sudden onset, often test the doctor on duty and the progress of disaster emergency response ability and decision level （clinically often have no chance to improve the laboratory tests） of medical institutions. The cause of death of amniotic fluid embolism patients is hypersensitive constitution pregnancy allergy syndrome besides of the DIC. Basic unit medical staff for incentive of amniotic fluid em- bolism, understanding of pathophysiological process, early detection and treatment level remain to be improved. In this paper, a review of the track, the rescue of 4 cases with amniotic fluid embolism were analyzed, hope to be able to cause the attention of the disease.
