针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎作用机制探讨

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种原因不明的慢性非特异性炎症性肠病,目前认为和免疫调节紊乱、遗传易感性、感染及环境等因素有关。西医对于UC的治疗并无针对性的特殊方法,中医则显示出了明显优势。研究发现,针灸对当前普遍认为的UC的发病机制具有针对性的治疗作用,疗效快、效果巩固;针灸有着中医治疗疾病的整体观念,通过对免疫、内分泌等多途径的调节治疗胃肠道疾病。基于以上诸多优势,针灸用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎是一个疗效确切、见效快、应用前景广泛的选择,但其作用机制仍在进一步探讨中。本文就针灸对机体的免疫、内分泌、肠动力及选穴配穴等前人研究的成果加以综述。Ulcerative colitis （UC）, as an unexplained chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease, is concerned related to immune regulation disorder, infection, genetic susceptibility and environment. Western medicine has no specific methods for treatment of UC, while Chinese medicine shows obvious advantages. The study found that the acupuncture on the pathogenesis of UC has targeted therapeutic effect, fast and reliable effect. Acupuncture has the overall concept of Chinese medicine. It regulate and treat gastrointestinal tract diseases by immune, endocrine systems and so on. Based on the above point of view, acupuncture for the treatment of UC is a choice, which is quick and ef- fective and has extensive application prospects. But its mechanism of action is still under discussion.
