摘　　要：本文设计了一种适用于有限共轭光学系统下的调制传递函数(MTF)测量系统,分析了调制传递函数测量系统工作原理,设计了目标发生模块、三维立体运动控制模块及MTF测试算法,开发了CCD图像数据采集与处理系统,提供了用户整体操作界面,并针对目标MTF修正误差、CCD的MTF修正误差以及数据处理算法误差进行了分析,经标定整个系统的测量精度优于3%。This paper presents a suitable finite conjugate optical system modulation transfer function （MTF） measurement system,analysis of the modulation transfer function measurement system works,target generation module design,three-dimensional motion control module and MTF test algorithm,development of the CCD image data acquisition and processing system,overall operation provides a user interface.And error correction target MTF,CCD MTF correction of errors,and data processing algorithms error analysis.The calibration of the entire system measurement accuracy better than 3%.
