摘　　要：因为具有独特的优势和特点,民主党派是贯彻落实科学发展观、推动科学发展的重要力量。当前,民主党派在推动科学发展过程中面临着新挑战和新困难,民主党派必须通过加强自身建设,全面提高推动科学发展、建设和谐社会的政党能力。Democratic parties have their own particular advantages and features in promoting scientific develop-ment. It is an important power to implement and promote the scientific outlook on development. At present, demo-cratic parties face new challenges and difficulties in the process of promoting scientific development. Democratic parties must strengthen self-development to improve the political party capability to promote scientific development and to build a harmonious society.
