摘 要:针对裂缝、洞穴地层和粗孔隙渗透性地层中发生的严重井漏最难处理的状况,提高堵漏效果的重要途径之一是应用具有高堵塞性能的堵漏剂和相应的工艺技术。文中提出了一种将聚合物溶液胶囊混入水泥浆进行堵漏作业的新方法。室内实验结果表明该堵剂具有3个主要特性:直角稠化特性;桥塞特性;初终凝时间间隔短。这些特性大大提高了水泥浆类堵剂的封堵能力。文中还从堵漏剂要适合漏失层特征的角度探讨了水泥浆类堵漏剂的堵漏机理。In order to deal with the serious fluid leakage in the thief zone with the big pore, fissure or hole,one of the important approaches is to use the plugging agents which possess better blockade effect. A new method that blends the cement slurry with polymer-capsule is presented in this paper to prevent fluid leakage. The experimental result manifests the plugging agent has three major features: right-angularily thickening, bridging plug, and the short time between initial set and final set. Those characters can improve the applied effect of the cement plugging agents. The paper also discusses the mechanism of the cement plugging agents from the angle of the applicability of the plugging agents to the features of the thief zone.
