摘　　要：目的:观察电针对脑卒中后无抑制性神经原膀胱的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑卒中后无抑制性神经原膀胱患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用电针针刺治疗,对照组单用体针针刺治疗。均10天一疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组临床症状改善明显优于对照组,其差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:电针可显著提高卒中后无抑制性神经原膀胱的临床疗效,值得临床推广运用。Objective ： To observe the clinically curative effect of electro--acupuncture on post - stroke with uninhibited neutrogena bladder. Methods：60 cases of stroke patients without inhibiting neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture treatment, and the control group was used single needle acupuncture treatment. 10 days was a course of treatment, continuous treatment for two courses. Results： In the treatment group, the clinical symptoms improved more significantly than that in the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Electro--acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of uninhibitive neutrogena bladder after stroke, which is worthy of clinical application.
