摘 要:目的描述北京市公立医院管理人员的职业化现状,为制定培训规划和相关政策提供依据。方法按照分层整群抽样的方法,从北京市10家公立医院中抽取628名管理人员,发放自编"北京市公立医院管理人员职业化培训调查问卷"。结果调查对象中从未参加培训的占16.72%,培训形式为短期理论培训的占67.04%,培训累计时间不足1月的占63.06%,未曾阅读过管理相关文献(每季度)和书籍的调查对象分别占19.59%、19.75%,仅有37.42%的调查对象发表过至少1篇管理类论文。结论北京市公立医院管理队伍知识层次较高,但管理培训经历与知识储备相对不足,需通过有针对性的职业化管理培训,提高医院的职业化管理水平。Objective To describe the current status of administrators' professionalism in public hospitals in Beijing to provide reference for the formulation of training regulation and relevant policy. Methods A total of 628 administrators from ten public hospitals in Beijing were investigated using the Questionnaire for Professional Training of Administrators in Public Hospitals in Beijing. Results 16.72% of the participants had never attended any training at home or abroad, 67.04% of the participants attended the short-term theory training, and 63.06% had a training duration of less than one month. The percentage of administrators who had never read literature (per season) or books related to management was 19.59% and 19.75% respectively. Only 37.42% administrators had published one or more papers related to management. Conclusion The administrators in public hospitals in Beijing have a high educational background. However, they are short of training experience and knowledge reserve. Specific training of professional management is needed to enhance the level of professional management.
