摘　　要：对我国国家战略决策信息资源被动获取模式进行概述,通过构建单位信息量获取成本函数和信息量函数,建立国家战略决策信息资源被动获取模式的信息获取成本模型,以广东省作为研究对象计算其21地市的国家战略决策信息资源获取成本,进而推知我国国家战略决策信息资源获取成本较高的特点,最终提出降低国家战略决策信息资源获取成本的策略.This paper summarizes the passive model of national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition,and builds the model of information resources acquisition costs based on the passive model of national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition by obtaining the cost function of unit information mount and information function.With the 21 cities in Guangdong Province as samples,this paper calculates the national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition costs of these cities,refers the characteristics of national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition costs,and proposes policies to reduce the national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition costs.
