摘  要:目的:研究经穴磁疗对大鼠乳腺及体能的影响。方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组,采用苦寒泻下加伤湿法制作脾阳虚证模型,治疗组第10日开始,用磁场强度100特斯拉的磁片对督脉、任脉及乳腺部位进行敷贴磁疗,15天为1个疗程,测定各组大鼠的体重、最大悬吊时间、最大牵拉力以及乳腺指数和体积等指标。结果:造模成功后模型组的体能明显下降,与正常组比较,体重、最长悬吊时间及最大牵拉力均具有极显著差异,乳腺的平均重量、乳腺指数及乳腺平均体积与正常组相比较均有极显著差异,经过经穴磁疗后,大鼠体能极显著提高,乳腺重量、乳腺指数、乳腺平均体积均有极大改善。结论:经穴磁疗可以明显改善脾阳虚证大鼠的体能及乳腺重量和体积。Objective: To study effects of magnetic therapy on points on mammary gland and stamina of rats. Methods: 30 Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups : normal group, model group, treatment group. Rats with deficiency of spleen - yang were simulated by being treated with cold diarrhea and dampness. Starting from the 10th day, treatment group were treated with silicone rubber with 100 tesla magnetic field intensity on Ren, Du Channels, and mammary gland. Five days was a course of treatment. Indexes of defi- ciency of spleen - yang were measured, such as weight, maximum overhang time, maximum tension and index of mammary gland and volume. Results: After deficiency of spleen - yang models were made successfully in rats, stamina of model group decreased significantly. There were significant differences in weight, maximum overhang time, maximum tension, and index of mammary gland and volume ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After magnetic therapy on points , physical stamina increased significantly, and weight, indexes, mean volume of mammary gland improved sig- nificantly. Conclusion: Magnetic therapy on points can significantly improve physical stamina, weight and vol- ume of mammary gland on rats with deficiency of spleen - yang.
