中药超声波足浴结合穴位按摩治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药超声波足浴结合穴位按摩对变应性鼻炎患者的治疗作用并探讨其作用机制。方法:将100例患者随机分为对照组(50例)、治疗组(50例),对照组口服氯雷他啶,治疗组采用中药超声波足浴并结合穴位按摩治疗,两组均治疗30天后进行疗效评定并检测治疗前后血清白介素4(IL-4)、IgE水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%,与对照组(64.00%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清IL-4、IgE水平较正常组显著升高,治疗后两组患者血清IL-4、IgE水平明显降低,治疗组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药超声波足浴结合穴位按摩能有效的治疗变应性鼻炎,降低变应性鼻炎患者血清中IL-4、IgE水平、改善患者的体质是其作用机制之一。Objective： To observe the effects of Chinese herbs ultrasonic foot bath combined with accupoint massage on allergic rhinitis and explore the mechanism. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 50 in each： control group and treatment group. Control group were treated with 10mg loratadine, and treatment group were treated with Chinese herbs ultrasonic foot bath combined with accnpoint massage. Thera- peutic evaluation was carried out after 30 days＇ treatment, and the levels of IL - 4 and IgE both before and after treatment were detected. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%, there was a significant difference statistically to compared with control group （64%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the normal group, the levels of IL- 4 and IgE in both groups increased significantly before treatment and decreased significantly after treatment. There was a significant difference statistically （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Cbinese herbs ultrasonic foot bath combined with accupoint massage can effectively cure allergic rhinitis ; lowering the levels of IL - 4 and IgE in patients＇ serum, and improving habitus of patients is one of its action mechanism.
