摘 要:针对层流挟带流动反应器,本文开发了新的动量、质量和热量传递模型,并且,在1200—2000K温度范围内,试验研究了三种粒度的莱阳无烟煤炭粒(42.5,67和92.5μm)在空气中的燃烧特性。试验结果表明,燃烧反应处于第二区域——过渡区,并且以表面化学反应过程为主,其燃烧速率可表述为 K_s=0.134exp(-83.648×10~3/RT_p)·(P_5)^(0.5),kg/m^2,s最后,还将本文模型的计算结果与Field模型和Smith模型的计算结果进行了比较。The new momentum, mass and heat transfer models of a laminar entrained flow reactor used for experiments on the deyolatilization and combustion of coal char are proposed. The combustion rate of three different sized- fractions (42.5, 67 and 92.5 μm) of coal chars from LaiYang anthracite have been measured in the temperature range 1200 to 2000 K and in the air. For each fraction, the reaction was occuring under zone Ⅱ condition and with an apparent activation energy of 83.648 KJ/mole and an apparent frequency factor of 0.134 kg/m2.s. (PaO2)0.5, i.e. the combustion rate is controlled by the chemical reaction of surface and the bulk diffution of oxygen, but the former is principle. Kinetic data from the present work are compared with that from Field's Model and Simth's Model, as a result, Simth's values are much greater than these from this paper. In comparison with Field's values, our values are less at the high temperature (TP>1500K), and greater at the low temperature (TP<1500K).
