摘 要:均相反应的反应速度较快 ,产率较高 ,但产物分离比较困难 ;非均相反应产物分离比较容易 ,但产率较低 ,利用氟相技术 ,即氟相 -有机相液液两相体系的技术 ,使试剂、催化剂溶解于一相中 ,而产物在另一相中生成 ,从而可以解决一些矛盾。这一技术利用的是具有高氟化基团化合物的特性 :它们会优先溶解于含氟的溶剂中 ,从而可以用含氟溶剂将高氟化的化合物从有机反应混合物中萃取出来。s: Successful methods for organic synthesis must couple efficient reaction chemistry with simple purification methods. For the traditional organic synthesis reactions, homogeneous or hetergeneous phase reaction, high yield and simple separation are achieved difficultly. The fluorous phase technique is emerging as a complement and supplement to the standard synthesis methods. In the using of fluorous phase technique, the product of the reaction should be in a different phase from everything else remaining in another phase. This technique based on the high misicibility of perfluoroalkyl substituted ligands in the fluorous solvents, in which the organic reagents are confined, so the fluorous ligands could be provided through simple extraction in a crude reaction mixture. This review discusses the application of fluorous phase techniques in catalysis and synthesis.
