摘　　要：[目的]探讨综合护理措施对原发性肝癌病人术后康复疗效的影响。[方法]采用随机分组方法将符合纳入标准的90例肝癌病人分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组给予各项常规治疗护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加用综合护理措施,观察两组病人肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气时间及下床活动时间等。[结果]观察组与对照组相比较,肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气排便时间及下床活动时间等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]通过运用早期功能锻炼、早期拔胃管进食、电刺激双侧足三里穴位和内庭穴位等综合护理措施,能有效促进原发性肝癌病人术后康复。Objective： To probe into the influence of comprehensive care measures on curative effect of postoperative rehabilitation in patients with primary liver cancer. Methods. A total of 90 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group by using random grouping method, 45 cases in each. Patients in con- trol group received the routine treatment and care, patients in observation group were given comprehensive care measures on the basis of routine care, patients were observed on recovery of bowel sounds, anal exhaust def- ecation time and ambulation time. Results. There was statistically signifi- cant in difference in bowel sounds return, anal exhaust defecation time and ambulation time between control group and observation group （P^0.05）. Conclusion. Through early exercise, feeding in early pulling gastric tube, comprehensive care measures including electrical stimulation in bilateral Zusanli acupoints and Neiting points can effectively promote the postopera- tive rehabilitation of patients with primary liver cancer.
