摘　　要：[目的]研究后腹腔镜肾上腺切除手术的护理要点。[方法]手术前后对83例后腹腔镜肾上腺手术病人实施相应的护理措施。[结果]83例病人均获成功,病人一般术后24h^36h能下床活动,平均住院天数7.5d。无手术并发症,术后随访6个月~12个月无异常。[结论]根据疾病的特点及后腹腔镜手术路径,实施相应的健康知识宣教、心理护理、术前准备及术后的病情观察和护理是手术成功的重要保证。Objective： To study the nursing points of patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Methods： The corresponding nursing measures were carried out for 83 cases of patients undergoing lapa- roscopic adrenalectomy respectively before and after operation. Results. All operations in 83 cases of patients were successful. Patients can usually get out of bed in 24 h-36 h after the operation,and the average length of stay was 7.5 days. There was no operation complications and abnormal report in 6-12 months after the operation. Conclusion= According to the laparo- scopic operation path and the characteristics of the disease, it is important guarantess of a successful operation to implement appropriate health edu- cation, psychological nursing, preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing observation.
