合理情绪疗法对乳腺癌病人焦虑及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨合理情绪疗法对乳腺癌病人焦虑及应对方式的影响。[方法]将符合入组标准的68例乳腺癌病人按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组给予乳腺癌手术的常规护理(即常规的健康教育及生活指导),观察组除给予常规护理外,还给予合理情绪疗法,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)分别于干预前及干预后评定病人的心理焦虑程度及应对方式水平。[结果]两组病人干预前心理焦虑程度及应对方式水平评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组病人心理焦虑程度较对照组病人明显减轻,积极应对方式水平较对照组明显提高,消极应对方式较对照组明显减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]合理情绪疗法能明显改善乳腺癌病人的焦虑情绪,提高病人积极应对方式水平。Objective：To probe into influence of rational emotive therapy on anxiety and coping style of breast cancer patients. Methods：A total of 68 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observa- tion group and control group according to random number table. Patients in control group received routine care of breast cancer surgery （conventional health education and life guidance）, and patients in observation group re- ceived rational emotive therapy besides the routine care. Anxiety Rating Scale （self-rating anxiety scale, SAS） and Trait Coping Style Question- naire （trait coping style questionnaire, TCSQ） were used to evaluate the anxiety level and psychological coping level of these patients respectively before and after intervention. Results：There was no statistically significant difference in psychological anxiety score and coping level score between both groups before intervention （P^0. 05） ,the psychological anxiety level of patients in observation group was relieved significantly after intervention compared with that in control group;the level of active coping style was in- creased significantly compared with control group; negative coping signifi- cantly reduced compared with that in control group;the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Rational emotive therapy can significantly improve breast cancer patients＇ anxiety level and enhance their positive coping level.
