高精度恒温恒湿洁净室的控制设计

摘　　要：本文以一个实际的高精度恒温恒湿洁净室为例，在对其房间气流组织进行分析的基础上，优化了空气处理系统。系统采用了一套合理的控制方法，在满足洁净室所需高级别洁净度的同时，使洁净室的温湿度也分别达到了±０－１ ℃、±５ ％ 的设计要求，并大幅度降低了制冷机组的成本和运行费用。Object to a practical cleanroom with high precision constant temperature and humidity cleanroom,the paper optimizes the air handling system depend on the analyses of the air distribution in cleanroom.The system adopts a reasonable control method to satisfy the demand of high degree cleanliness and to make the precision reach the design congition i.e. ±0 1℃、±5%,it reduce the expenses of the operation and costs of air handling system obviously.
