摘 要:选取144只1日龄科宝-500肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复12只。对照组(Ⅰ)和三肽囊素组(Ⅱ)饲喂基础饲料,枯草芽胞杆菌组(Ⅲ)和枯草芽胞杆菌加三肽囊素复合组(Ⅳ)在基础饲料中添加枯草芽胞杆菌1.0×106cfu/g,Ⅱ、Ⅳ组在4日龄和7日龄注射0.01 mg/kg的三肽囊素,试验期为42 d,探讨枯草芽胞杆菌与三肽囊素对肉鸡生长性能、血液生化和抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组试验前期和全期日增质量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅳ组料重比最低,较对照组降低4.37%(P>0.05);21日龄时,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清总蛋白含量分别比对照组提高19.60%、27.68%(P<0.05),白蛋白含量分别比对照组提高16.72%、18.03%(P<0.05);21日龄的Ⅲ组和42日龄的Ⅳ组的CAT、GSH-Px酶活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),42日龄时试验组血清MDA显著低于对照组。由此可见,添加枯草芽胞杆菌及其与三肽囊素联合应用能改善肉鸡生长性能,提高血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量,增加CAT和GSH-Px的酶活力。This study was aimed to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis and bursin on growth per- formance, serum biochemical indices, and antioxidant indices of broilers. A total of one hundred and forty four 1-day-old Cobb-500 broilers were randomly allotted to four groups with three replications (twelve broilers in each replicate). The control group (group I ) was only fed basal diet. The bursin group (group Ⅱ ) was fed basal diet and injected with bursin (0. 01 mg/kg) at day 4 and day 7. Group Ⅲ was fed basal diet with Bacillus subtilis (1.0× 10^6 cfu/g feed). Group IV was fed basal diet with B. subtilis (1.0× 10^6 cfu/g feed) and injected with bursin (0.01 mg/kg) at day 4 and day 7. The trial lasted for 42 days. The results showed that the average daily gain in groups Ⅱ , Ⅲ and IV were significantly higher than that in group I (P〈0.05) at day 21 and day 42,while the F/G value in group IV was the lowest and decreased 4. 37% compared with group I (P〈0. 05). At day 21 ,contents of serum total protein in group UI and Iv respectively increased 19.60% and 27.68% ,comparing to group I. At the same time,albumin contents in group Ⅲ and Ⅳrespectively increased 16.72% and 18. 03%. The activities of CAT and GSH- Px in groupⅢ (on the 21th day) and IV (on the 42th day) were significantly higher than those in group I (P〈0.05). Contents of serum MDA in group Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly lower than that in group I (P〉0.05) at day 42. It was concluded that B. subtilis and when it combined with bursin could im- prove growth performance and increase contents of total protein and albumin in serum and the activities of CAT, GSH-Px.
