摘　　要：简单介绍了丰田生产方式（ＴＰＳ）。从工厂布置、物料搬运、物流管理与控制等方面研究了ＴＰＳ物流系统，总结了ＴＰＳ物流系统的特点，为进一步研究ＴＰＳ物流系统设计打下了基础。Simply introduce TPS, deeply study the Material Flow System of TPS from the following aspects- plant layout, material handling and material flow control, and conclude its features. The paper will play a positive the in the deep research of the Material Flow System of TPS.
