摘  要:目的 观察前面颊三角区透明质酸注射填充术的临床疗效.方法 自2010年12月至2013年10月,在表面麻醉下,对前面颊三角区平坦的患者进行双侧透明质酸注射填充治疗,治疗前后拍摄标准照对比,评价前面颊三角区轮廓的改善程度,并记录不良反应.结果 本组共28例患者,每侧填充量为1.0~1.5ml,平均1.2ml.注射后即刻,前面颊三角区饱满,面颊部与眼睑区、颧部及鼻唇沟之间过渡自然平滑,面部轮廓年轻、美观,效果较理想.治疗后3d复诊时,局部肿胀达最高峰.4~7d肿胀基本消退.6个月随访时,仍有较明显的填充效果.未观察到明显的双侧不对称、注射部位皮下淤青、局部感染及过敏反应.结论 应用透明质酸注射填充治疗老化性前面颊三角区平坦、改善前面颊三角区轮廓是一种较为理想的方法,其治疗安全、效果明显、易于掌握,具有良好的临床应用前景.Objective To observe the clinical effecacy of hyaluronic acid injection in filling of anterior cheek trigone. Methods From December 2010 to October 2013, the patients with fiat anterior cheek trigone were filled bilaterally with hyaluronic acid. The improvement of anterior cheek triangle contour was evaluated by standard photographs taken before and after treatment and the adverse reactions were also recorded. Results All 28 patients were treated by hyaluronic acid with 1.0 - 1.5 ml each side, the average was 1.2 ml and satisfied with full trigone, natural and smooth transition between the cheek and eyelid area, region zygomat- ica and nasolabial fold and juvenescence of facial contour. The local swelling was the most obvious at 3 days and disappeared at 4 -7 days after injection. After 6 month following up, there was no obvious asymmetry, in- fection or allergy observed. Conclusion Injection of hyaluronic acid used to treat the aging fiat cheeks and im- prove anterior cheek triangle contour is an ideal method with these advantages, like more safe, effective and easier to master and good prospects for clinical application.
