改良的扩张液在组织扩张术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 介绍一种改良的组织扩张液并观察其临床效果.方法 配制0.5%甲硝唑80ml＋10%氯化钠10ml＋2%利多卡因10ml＋地塞米松磷酸钠10mg的扩张液,通过注射阀门注入扩张囊内,用于皮肤扩张患者32例,观察其在扩张过程中的镇痛、抗感染及抑制包膜挛缩的效果.结果 本组所有患者注水时的疼痛不适,6h后均完全缓解,扩张过程中无感染、坏死发生,术中扩张囊外纤维包膜增生不明显,皮瓣修复效果理想.结论 经改良配制的扩张液,能够减轻注水过程中的疼痛,预防扩张器感染,明显抑制扩张囊外包膜挛缩.Objective To introduce an improved liquid for expander and observe its clinical effect. Methods The improved liquid including 80 ml 0.5% metronidazole, 10 ml 10% NaCI, 10 ml 2% lidocaine and 10 mg Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection liquid. Thirty-two cases was injected the prepared liquid into the expanded capsule through the syringe valve. The degree of pain, the effect of anti-infection and inhibition of capsular contracture were observed. Results For all cases, during the course of expansion, the pain was re- lieved at 6 hours, the infection and necrosis were not happened, the capsular contracture was inhibited, and an ideal operation effect using the expanded flap achieved. Conclusion The application of improved liquid not only can relieve pain, prevent infection, but also inhibit capsular contracture during the course of soft tissue expansion.
