摘　　要：本文阐述了真空冷冻干燥机真空系统的性能参数 ,介绍了能满足冻干要求的几种真空系统 。In this paper, performance parameter of vacuum system of vacuum freeze dryer is expounded, a variety of vacuum system can satisfy the needs of the freeze dryer is introduced, the characteristics of vacuum system of freeze dryer are analysed and compared.
