静态混合器在丁辛醇缩合废水处理中的应用研究

摘　　要：静态混合器是高效的化工单元设备.静态混合器用于液/液萃取体系时,分散相形成的液滴大小比较均匀,这个特点不但有利于用作萃取器时提高萃取效率,而且也有利于萃取后两相的重新分离.作者通过间歇及连续的实验室探索实验,确定了采用静态混合器萃取处理丁辛醇缩合废水的可行性,提出了静态混合器萃取处理丁辛醇缩合废水的操作参数：采用SK型静态混合器,流速0.8 m/s以上,L/D≥7～10,V（油）∶V（水）=1.7∶1～3∶1.为下一步工程放大奠定了基础.Abstract： Static mixer is a highly ef{icient chemical unit equipment. When static mixer is used for liq- uid / liquid extraction system, the size of the dispersed phase droplets formed is relatively uniform. This feature not only is beneficial to improve extraction efficiency,but also conducive to the re-extrac- tion separation of the two phases. Through intermittent and continuous laboratory experiments, we de- termined the feasibility for extraction Oxo condensation wastewater with static mixer, and proposed extraction operating parameters： Using SK static mixer, velocity 0.8 m/s or more,L/D≥7 - 10, water mixing ratio of extractant（V/V）l. 7 ： 1--3 ： 1. The results laid the foundation for the enlargement of project.
