摘 要:目的了解医院感染现患率,预防与控制医院感染。方法按卫生部全国医院感染监测网制定的医院感染现患率调查方案,于2009-2011年每年的11月10日、2012年11月14日对住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果 2009-2012年共调查住院患者3 851例,发生医院感染64例,感染率为1.66%;2009-2012年医院感染现患率分别为1.84%、1.14%、1.50%、2.01%,差异无统计学意义;医院感染部位以下呼吸道为主,占62.33%;医院感染高发科室以ICU居首,占43.66%;医院感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,占82.54%,其中铜绿假单胞菌居首占28.57%;抗菌药物使用率56.53%。结论加强科室、感染部位医院感染管理,合理使用抗菌药物,控制医院感染。OBJECTIVE To realize the prevalence of nosocomial infections (NI) so as to prevent and control NI. METHODS According to the survey project of prevalence rate of nationwide NI established by Ministry of Health, the prevalence rate of inpatients with NI was investigated on each Nov 10 from 2009 to 2011 as well as on Nov 14 2012. RESULTS A total of 3851 cases of hospitalized patients were investigated from 2009 to 2012 ,among them, there were 64 cases of patients with NI, the infection rate was 1.66%. The prevalence rates of N1 from 2009 to 2012 were 1.84% ,1.14% ,1.50% and 2.01% ,respectively, the difference was not statistically significant. The lower respiratory tract was the main infection site(62.33%);among the department at high risk of NI, the ICU ranked the first place (43.66 %). The gram-negative bacteria were the main pathogens causing NI, accounting for 82.54%, among which the Pseudomonas aeruginosa ranked the firs place(28. 57%). The utilization rate of antibiotics was 56.53%. CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen the control of NI in key departments and use antibiotics reasonably.
