摘　　要：目的了解2004-2011年医院感染的发生规律及流行特征,总结医院感染发生状况,为进一步做好医院感染工作,制定有效医院感染管理措施。方法对8年住院患者进行回顾性调查,收集医院感染监测资料进行整理分析。结果 8年共监测住院患者68 379例,发生感染1 984例,感染率为2.90%,感染最多科室老年呼吸科、康复科一区及老年综合科,感染率分别为6.66%、5.62%及5.43%;最常见的感染部位有下呼吸道、泌尿道及上呼吸道,分别占47.73%、23.19%、11.49%。结论医院感染与年龄、基础疾病、侵入性操作、抗菌药物使用关联较大,康复病房、老年科病房及呼吸道、泌尿道感染是医院感染管理工作控制的重点。OBJECTIVE To understand the occurrence and between 2004 and 2011, and summarize the occurrence epidemiological characteristics of nosocomial infection status of nosocomial infections in order to establish effective measures for nosocomial infections during the management by hospital. METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on all the inpatients in 8 years, and the surveillance data of nosocomial infections was collected and analyzed. RESULTS A total of 68 379 in-patients were monitored during the 8 years, of which 1 984 nosocomial infections occurred. The infection rate of nosoeomiat infections was 2. 90%. The infection rate of nosocomial infections was higher in Rehabilitation Department （6. 66%）, Department of geriatric respiratory （5.62 %）, and Geriatric general department（5.43 %）. The most frequent sites of infection were lower respiratory tract（47.73 %）, urinary tract （23. 19 %） and upper respiratory tract （ 11. 49 %）. CONCLUSION The nosocomial infections are closely associated with age, underlying diseases, invasive procedures and use of antibiotics. Emphasis on control of nosocomial infections should be paid in Unit of Geriatric Respiratory Medicine, Unit of Rehabilitation Medicine and in case of infections of respiratory tract and urinary tract.
