西吡氯铵与聚维酮碘含漱液对口腔假丝酵母菌属感染的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨西吡氯铵与聚维酮碘含漱液对口腔假丝酵母菌属感染患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年1月-2012年12月100例口腔假丝酵母菌属感染患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予聚维酮碘含漱液治疗,观察组给予西吡氯铵含漱液治疗,均治疗两周,观察两组的临床治疗效果,所有检测数据采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果临床治疗总有效率观察组为96.0%、对照组为74.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组治疗前真菌镜检阳性率分别为70.0%、72.0%,治疗后阳性率分别为40.0%、28.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中口腔假丝酵母菌属感染患者应用西吡氯铵含漱液的治疗效果明显优于聚维酮碘含漱液的治疗效果,能够有效的缓解患者的临床症状,并对真菌的清除效果更强,治疗安全性高,值得临床应用与推广。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical treatment effect of cetylpyridinium chloride and povidone-iodine mouthwash in oral Candida infection. METHODS From Jan 2011 to Dec 2012, 100 cases with oral Candida infection were collected and divided into the control group and study group randomly. The control group was treated with povidone-iodine mouthwash, and study group was treated with cetylpyridinium chloride mouthwash both were treated for two weeks, the effect of two groups were observed, all the obtained data were statistically analyzed with the use of SPSS 19.0 software. RESULTS The total clinical treatment effective rate of study group was 96.0%, while that of control group was 74.0%, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Before treatment the fungal microscopy positive rates of control group and study group were 70. 0% and 72. 0% respectively, and after treatment that of two groups were 40. 0% and 28. 0% respectively, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION In oral Candida infection treatment with cetylpyridinium chloride mouthwash is more effective than povidone-iodine mouthwash, and it can effectively release clinical symptoms, and it is safe and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
