摘  要:目的在医学生中开展医院感染知识教育,加强医院感染预防控制意识,降低医院感染发生率。方法自2010年起在中山大学开设《临床医院感染学》选修课,通过问卷调查,进行教学效果效果评价。结果课程共安排24学时,内容设置以医院感染基本知识为主,突出临床实用性;146名学生对医院感染定义、职业暴露的处理措施、正确的洗手方法、无菌液体、无菌物品开启使用的有效时间等热点问题的知晓率,分别从学习前的10.96%、51.37%、84.93%、15.07%,提高至学习后的100.00%;其他内容的知晓率也均大幅度提高,学习前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在医学生中开展医院感染教育取得良好效果。OBJECTIVE To develop hospital infection education in medical students, strengthen the knowledge of hospital infection prevention and control so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS The clinical nosocomiology course has been offered in the Sun Yat-sen University from 2010, and the teaching effects were evaluated through questionnaires. RESULTS There were totally 24 lessons in the course ,which included the basic knowledge of nosocomiology and highlighted the clinical practicability. Of all the 146 students, the awareness rate of the definition of hospital infection, the management of occupational exposure, the hand hygiene and the effective time of sterile liquid/items were respectively 10. 96%, 51.37%, 84.93%, and 15.07% before the study, increasing to 100. 00% after the study. The awareness rate of other contents was also improved remarkably, the difference was significant (P 〈 0. 01). CONCLUSION To conduct curriculum of clinical nosocomiology in the medical student can achieve good effect.
