摘　　要：根据农业科技成果的创新主体及产业化主体的关系,将产业化模式归纳为科研单位转制科技企业模式、建立科技示范基地模式和科企联合模式,从经费投入、产业化渠道、成果供需、人才及现行体制五个方面分析了农业科技成果产业化存在的问题,并归纳相应的对策,最后对现有的研究进行述评和展望。Based on the relationship between the innovative subject and industrialization subject of agricultural scien- tific and technological achievements, the industrialization patterns that research and development institution transfer- ring into science-and-technology enterprise, establishing science-and-technology demonstration base were summa- rized in this paper. The problems of industrialization of agricultural scientific and technological achievements were analyzed from five aspects including the investment of funding, the access of industrialization, the supply and de- mand of achievements, the talent and the current system. In addition, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Finally, there is a review and an outlook to the existing research.
