摘　　要：通过回顾我国的医院评审工作,并了解美国、日本、泰国、印度、英国等国医院评审工作的相关经验及主要特点,建议尽快将我国的医院评审制度常态化、周期化,简化我国医院评审标准,完善三级医疗体系,并尽可能地将医院的等级划分与医院评审工作分离,真正为医院管理提供服务.Based on a review of hospital accreditations in China,and a study of the experiences and characteristics of hospital accreditations in such countries as the USA,Japan,Thailand,India and the UK,the paper proposed to establish normalized and periodic hospital accreditations in China.They also recommended to simplify accreditation criteria and improve the tertiary medical system,while separating hospital grading with hospital accreditation as much as possible,thus serving hospital management.
