摘　　要：目的 探讨膝关节镜微创囊肿切除手术治疗膝关节交叉韧带囊肿的方法和临床疗效.方法 2012年1月--2012年6月对11例患者行膝关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节交叉韧带囊肿.随访3～9个月,平均（6±3.5）个月.手术前、后采用Lysholm评分和手术后疗效评定的Glasgow评定法对膝关节镜微创手术治疗交叉韧带囊肿结果进行评估.结果 11例患者均未复发,手术前Lysholm评分为（72.8±5.6）分,手术后评分为（93.7±3.5）分（=7.52,P＜0.01）.Giasgow疗效：11例患者全部评估为优.结论 膝关节镜微创囊肿切除手术治疗膝关节交叉韧带囊肿创伤小、恢复快,是一种安全并行之有效的方法.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of arthroscopic treatment of ganglion cysts of the cruciate ligaments. Methods From January 2013 to June 2013, 11 patients with ganglion cysts of the cruciate ligaments were treated with arthroscopic removal of ganglion cysts. The therapeutic effect was evaluated with Lysholm scoring system and Glasgow scoring system on the day before the surgery and at the last time of follow - up. Results No recurrence was observed in all the patients after the surgery. Lysholm score was （72.8 ± 5. 6） on the day before surgery and （93.7 ± 3. 5 ） at the last time of follow - up. The scores before and after the surgery were significantly different （ t = 7.52, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Evaluation by Glasgow scoring system showed excellent in all the 11 patients. Conclusion Arthroscopie treatment of ganglion cysts of the cruciate ligaments is safe and effective.
