品管圈活动在提高护士心电监护技能中的应用

摘　　要：目的 开展品管圈（quality control circle,QCC）活动,提高护士心电监护技能.方法 成立品管圈,确立以“提高护士心电监护技能”为主题,对68名护士心电监护技能调查评估,设定目标,制定对策并实施,进行效果评价.结果 开展品管圈活动后,护士的心电监护技能明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 品管圈活动的开展,提高了护士的心电监护技能,能有效保证危重患者的护理质量,提升患者的满意度.Objective To carry out quality management circle activity so as to improve the nurse＇s ECG monitoring skills. Methods Set up quality management circle with ＂ improve the nurse ECG monitoring skills＂ as the the theme. The ECG monitoring skills of 68 nurses were evaluated. Goals was set, corresponding strategies were formulated and implemented, and the result was evaluated. Results After carrying out quality management circle activity, the nurse% ECG monitoring skills were improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Through quality management circle activity, the nurse＇s ECG monitoring skills are improved, which can guarantee the quality of care for critical patients and promote patient satisfaction.
