低分子右旋糖酐氨基酸注射液中亚硫酸氢钠的离子色谱法测定

摘　　要：建立了离子色谱抑制电导法测定低分子存旋糖酐氨基酸注射液中的抗氧化剂亚硫酸氢钠。采用IonPacAS11-HC刚离子分析柱，以13mmol／L氧氧化钾溶液为淋洗液，抑制型电导检测器检测。结果亚硫酸氢钠含量在3．75～60μg／ml之间线性关系良好，样品平均回收率为95.3％。A suppressed conductivity ion chromatography method was established for the determination of antioxidant sodium bisulfite in dextran 40 and amino acids injection. An IonPac AS11-HC anion column was used, with 13 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution as eluent and using suppressed conductivity detector. The calibration curve for sodium bisulfite was linear in the range of 3.75 - 60 μg/ml. The average recovery was 95.3 %.
