摘　　要：目的探讨非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床特征，分析鼻内镜下手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年7月诊治的38例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床特征，总结鼻内镜手术效果。结果38例患者均一次治愈，随访1—3年，无复发，无严重并发症发生。结论鼻内镜下彻底清除病灶是非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎安全、有效的一种治疗方法，能最大限度地恢复鼻腔、鼻窦的生理功能，避免病变复发，创伤小，术后反应轻，疗效好。Objective To investigate the clinical features of non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis and analyze the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on non-invasive fungal sinusitis. Methods The clinical characteristics of 38 patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis in our department between January 2008 and July 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic sur- gery was summarized. Results All of the 38 patients were cured by the one-time treatment without re- currence during the follow-up of I - 3 years. And none of them had serious complication. Conclusions Radical elimination of lesion sites under nasal endoscope is a safe and effective therapeutic method for non-invasive fungal sinusitis. The method has the advantages of small operation wound, little adverse effects and better curative effect.
